What to visit - Mazara del Vallo
There are many churches in the city. The not-too-distant promenade with its pubs, restaurants and pizzerias is the heart of the nightlife.

Piazza della Repubblica (17th-18th century) is the center of the old town. St. Niccolò Regale - The church of St. Niccolò Regale dates back to the Norman period. The square plan with a central dome and battlements rounded is a typical example of Norman architecture. In the interior, characterised by three apses, were discovered mosaics of the Paleochristian period.
